The challenge of this project was to combine two studio apartments into one two-storey living unit. The staircase is conceived as an inserted box that comprises also a wardrobe at the entrance, a dividing wall and recessed handle and lighting.

The clients appreciation for raw materials led us to use wood flooring with a vivid structure and to expose the concrete load-bearing walls at the sides of living space on the bottom floor.
