The old floor plan consisted of a lower level with living spaces, a loggia, a bathroom and two bedrooms and an upper level with a free attic. The demand was to create two partially separated units that share the same kitchen.

The old loggia was demolished, thus increasing living space and lightness. The existing straight stairs were replaced and relocated, the new circular staircase save space and give an artistic imprint to the whole. Each level has now its own bedroom,bathroom and a living space increasing the comfort and privacy of the individual.
