The apartment is a part of an additional construction located on top of a business and retail facility. It is now a home to a four-member family so in planning three bedrooms were desired. The bathroom is located in the centre of the apartment and the only way to ensure natural light to the interior is via roof window. Around the bathroom cube kitchen cabinets are placed. The living area is open to the west for the afternoon sun to make it bright and airy. The south wall is closed to ensure privacy from the neighbour apartment.

The outdoor space is made into a semi-atrium so they gain intimacy and a bigger terraced area.
