The goal of the project was fitting a four-member family into a one-bedroom apartment with 35 sq meters of floor space.

In order to gain some additional space in the living area closing the small (useless) balcony was mandatory.

Furniture wise, all elements were thought through carefully to give the apartment a sense of openness and flow, which resulted in all white custom-made pieces with a touch of solid wood to add warmth and cosiness. All other elements added to the space are in natural tones.

There are two double beds in the bedroom, one on the floor and the other lifted right under the ceiling, as a little play cottage for the children.
